Garr has been in the home services industry for over 15 years. In addition, he served as a police officer for 8 years. He carries a deep conviction to ensure that the customer experience at Max Home Inspections far exceeds industry standards. Garr holds an extensive leadership resume in business. His attention to the details of the customer journey is rooted in knowing that buying a property is most likely going to be the biggest investment of a consumer’s life. His commitment as a leader is to make Max Home Inspections a great place to work. He strives daily to ensure that the culture at Max is contagious to its customers. “If you want your customers to be treated right then you have to start by treating the team members of your organization right.”

Garr has been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica, for over 24 years. They have 7 kids, 3 son-in-laws, and one grandson. When Garr isn’t busy leading Max, you can find him driving his corvette, lifting weights, playing guitar, chopping firewood or snuggled up with his Bully Pup (Tank).

Shad Theroux started his journey with Max Home Inspections in January of 2018. He was the seventh inspector hired and the company’s first team leader. Since that time, he has performed over 3,500 inspections. During the five-year period, he has recruited and trained over 100 inspectors. Shad has been responsible for managing inspectors who have performed over 50,000 inspections and growing. In his current role as Regional Manager, Shad oversees the entire state of Florida’s inspector team. Shad is a resident of south Florida, has been married to his soul mate for 17 years, and has two young energetic boys. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Since that time, he has performed over 3,500 inspections. During the five-year period he has recruited and trained over 100 inspectors. Shad has been responsible for managing inspectors who have performed over 50,000 inspections and growing. In his current role as Regional Manager, Shad oversees the entire state of Florida’s inspector team. Shad is a resident of south Florida and has been married to his soul mate for 17 years and has two young energetic boys. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, enhancing the customer experience is her true passion. She discovered this passion during a post-graduation dream come true, working for the Walt Disney Company. Fast forward to the present, with the small world we live in, one of her roommates from her Disney days introduced her to Max Home Inspections. It was the perfect fit at the perfect time.
