Mr. Anthony was very professional. I was there for the inspection. I didn't have a lot of questions but the few that I did have he answered them right away. After he was done he went over his report and findings with me and explained things very thoroughly.

First class inspection service. They were responsive, detailed, and thorough. They took pictures of all the issues and provided detailed explanations of every room’s pros and cons. Buying property is an expensive investment and a top rate inspection service is key to the process. Because of the inspection report, we were able to negotiate a better deal. I’m totally satisfied.

As a realtor, I was so impressed w/ an inspection done for a client, that I knew I’d be using them for my personal inspection. We appreciated the quick turn around with the home inspection report. Daniel was very professional and wasn't an alarmist when some pretty serious issues were discovered on the subject property. The photos had plenty of light with good resolution and the explanations were concise and easy to understand. The reinspection option and other interesting programs offered to protect Home Buyers are why I would recommend Max Home Inspections.

Schiller was an excellent inspector! He arrived earlier and started to work immediately. He was very thorough and pointed out items to me as he was working his way around the home. At the end of the inspection, we went over the major deficiencies in the home. The green bag with popcorn is an excellent touch!! Overall the experience has been great from the moment I called. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

First time buying a home, these guys were great. For a reasonable price I got a thorough inspection, a warranty, and a report 2 HOURS after the inspection walk through was done. Inspector was very professional and friendly. They even give a little gift bag if you go to the inspection. Would recommend.

We had a great experience with Max Home Inspections. Our inspector, Federico, arrived several minutes prior to the scheduled inspection and was prepared for everything. He gave me a detailed explanation of his plan before the inspection, and also gave very detailed results of all findings once he completed the inspection. He answered all questions I had. The inspection took about 2 hours. Federico was very thorough and professional. I would 100% recommend Max Home Inspections!
