★★★★★ I have use this inspection company multiple multiple times my clients are always very very happy with the results they’re very thorough and the service is impeccable along with the warranties that they offer. I get the inspection the same day which when I’m forced to use another inspection company it takes days and the report is not nearly as thorough and Often misses key items That already essential to determine whether a buyer is going to move forward with the deal or not it’s a very cost-effective service that I recommend highly. Insurance companies like particularly like this type of inspection that they do because of how the report is presented makes it much easier for them to give a quote in a timely and efficient and effective manner

He was able to come out on the Sunday before Labor Day, which really helped my schedule. I think there was some confusion about the time of the inspection, but that was quickly resolved.
The price for the bundle of inspections was reasonable compared to others. The report that was sent back was detailed, with clear photos, and concise explanations.

There were two inspectors that came to my house and they were on time and very professional. They were very meticulously to every detail in the home and were able to spot little issues that were wrong with the house which saved me hundreds of dollars if not seen on time before my closing of the home. If you’re buying a house you know how important time is , because you don’t want to put the sellers out Of their own home for any amount of time, and the things you have to do to get done to be out of your previous residence. They went over every single detail with precise pictures Of every single thing that either needed to be corrected or they had a concern about no shortcuts. Shad ( He didn’t burn the popcorn lol) and Roberto were professional and polite and above and beyond with information which was amazing.
I will be referring them to friends and family who will be buying houses, and I will use them on my next purchase whenever we’re ready for that.

I called in and spoke with kind folks who were quick to schedule my appointment but the real treat was my inspector, Shad. He came in, let me know everything he was going to do, made sure I felt comfortable to ask any additional questions, made himself available to look anywhere specific I asked and made it fun along the way (testing the microwave landed me some free popcorn for example! what a cute touch). I receive reports with photos and everything needed same day.
