Max Homes Inspection company service is exceptional and better than the rest! This company far exceeded my expectations. I chose Max's because of their professionalism and knowledge of the industry. The Houston inspector was unavailable, and to my amazement, Max's representative, Reed Peterson, traveled from San Antonio to perform a new home inspection. Wow! That's impressive! Mr. Peterson was detailed and thorough in his assessments and explained all issues in layman's terms. Excellent and easy experience !Chris, my home inspector, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, & professional.He responded immediately after the request for inspection and promptly scheduled my inspection. In the current market, with such short option periods, that quick turnaround time is so incredibly important and helpful.He was personable and thorough in his explanations.I received the comprehensive inspection report within 5 hours after completion of inspection, which gives me plenty of time to review it.Overall, great experience! Michael Varnado completed an inspection for us today. He was prompt, professional, thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The report he created is easy to read, ranks issues in order of importance to repair and includes photos of problem areas. I made the appointment for the inspection Friday and Max Home Inspections had openings as early as Monday. We are very pleased with the work they provided.
