The experience using Max Inspection was my first and it was a positive one. They were quick to get out to get the inspection done for me. The inspector showed up as agreed on time and went right to work. He was very clean and was great with the tenants. Overall a great experience and I had my inspection report that same day. Quick turnaround. I’ll definitely be using them again for future inspections.

Orlando did a great job on my new house inspection. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every inch of the house and property, bringing even small details to my attention. One example specifically was the extractor/ventilation fan in the guest bathroom. Not only was he completely knowledgeable about the code, but addressed my concern that humidity and odors would be swiftly removed from the house. He reassured me that the air quality would remain high throughout their stay. Thanks Orlando!

Phenomenal experience. I'm a first time home buyer in South Florida and John was very knowledgeable, timely, professional, friendly and everything you'd want out of a home inspector. Reports were back within hours. I had questions after that when I emailed asking he was on the phone within minutes giving a quality detailed response. Cannot recommended them highly enough.

I’ve had such poor luck with virtually every home inspection I’ve ever had. As a builder, I held little hope and the bar was incredibly low. It was a long shot, but these guys came through. Loved our guy Louis—knowledgeable, enjoyable and I didn’t need to worry that he’d miss something.

John was our inspector & he did his due diligence when it came to it.. he was extremely thorough & included pictures of everything & video where needed. His report was user friendly, which helped seeing the issues found in a clear picture. I would definitely request him again & as for Max staff, very friendly, informative & on point with everything.
