I was having problem to get my full inspection report due to some problems with their new system. I called customer service to explain the situation and the urgency to get the complete report and Deana help me with this situation . She always was available and replied to all my emails and phone calls until I received the full document . Thanks Deana for your assistance and help in this situation .

Booking the inspection was an easy process and the representative was helpful to answer my questions. Chris the inspector arrived 15 minutes early with a trainee. The two of them looked over the condo throughly and walked my wife and I around to discuss what was found. Our report was emailed within an hour after the inspection. Overall this was a great first time experience using Max. I will be using them and referring them to others in the future.

Luis and his sub(sorry forgot his name), arrived well on time and started their job without any delay. They noted every single issue and explained the important ones that needed attention/fix and also the ones that would be a good to have. Also got the complete report within a couple of hours. Max Home Inspection is the company everyone should go to for their home inspection. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I was giving all the expectation from beginning to end. They truly care for their clients by wanting to know their clients specific need. The inspection report is very details and described everything that is needed to get fixed. The follow-up emails/phone calls to additional services they offer is fantastic making sure people don't have to deal with the stress to get cable/electricity/internet/home security services in their home, they do the job for me. They are good company to deal with!!!

I just had the house im closing on inspected by Max Home Inspections (specifically John Jimenez) and he was so helpful, knowledgable, professional, and over so pleasant to work with.
