Max Home Inspector did an outstanding job at a house I sold. They took the time to go thru all the findings and patiently explained to my buyers all the items in need of attention. Also, it was nice to get a report within 2 hours of completing the site visit.

Great experience. Setting up and scheduling the inspection was easy, and the representative who assisted me was very friendly. The inspector, Richard, arrived at the property early and began the inspection before we arrived, and ended up saving us some time. He was very thorough, and communicated with us throughout, answering questions and giving us information as he worked. The report was emailed to me less than an hour after the inspection ended. I was very happy with the services received.

I used Max Home Inspections for services on my first home purchase. The inspector, Ricardo, was AWESOME. Showed up before the scheduled appointment time to perform the exterior inspection, and was really in depth, thorough, and detailed with the inspection. No detail was too small to point out and he did an awesome job. He explained every item, the significance, and his experience seeing similar issues in other homes. Very satisfied and would recommend.
